BlackPearl Clip Uploader is a private, single-user tool operated by the owner of the TikTok account @captain.blackpearl. It is not offered to the public.
With the account owner's authorization, the tool uses TikTok's official APIs to read basic profile information (user.info.basic) and to upload videos to the owner's TikTok inbox as drafts (video.upload).
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted-at-rest on a private server controlled by the owner and are never shared, sold or transferred to third parties. No data about other TikTok users is collected.
The owner can revoke access at any time in TikTok settings (Security → Manage app permissions); stored tokens are then deleted.
